Meet Ian Hunter

Ian Hunter has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, having attended the New England Culinary Institute. He was previously a chef at this location when it was Trattoria 89 and has since operated his own catering company. However, he missed the daily activities of being in a restaurant and has decided to open Restaurant 89 with his wife Adrienne.
